HOW DO I BOOK YOU FOR A JOB?
The best way is to fill out the form on the home or contact page with as much details of your job as possible. In most cases I would then arrange a site visit via phone or email to make sure all the details I have are correct and I can assess the work effectively. I will then produce an estimate which is a single figure quote sent to your email with a breakdown of the works you require and the deposit required to secure your booking.
If you accept this estimate and pay the deposit we will have agreed an approximate start date, any delays or advances on this you will be notified as soon as possible.
I then complete your job, you are delighted and we settle the final bill via an invoice stating what is left to pay.
IF I ACCEPT AN ESTIMATE HOW SOON CAN YOU START?
This can vary depending on what projects I have on at the time of booking. However, once your deposit is paid I will let you know a rough start date and your place in the queue will be held. If you require urgent works please let me know as I can sometimes squeeze jobs in or flexibly work evenings and weekends.

ARE YOU FULLY INSURED?
Yes, absolutely. I have public liability insurance as well as full tradesman insurance. I also come certified by Checkatrade and Yell.
DO YOU CLEAN UP AFTER A JOB?
Most definitely. You'll see on your estimate the last piece of the job is time spent cleaning up and removing any excess stone. I am very careful in your home and/or garden and try to create as minimal disruption as possible.

WHAT GUARANTEES CAN YOU OFFER THAT THE JOB WILL BE FINISHED ON TIME AND ON BUDGET?
I obviously cannot predict how every job will pan out, sometimes when fixing a part of a stone wall, another area may become disturbed and need repairs. However, I will be upfront and communicate about any extra issues arising so you can make decisions on this at the time and we try to assess carefully beforehand with the estimate exactly what work may need doing and what the total cost will be. I want to give you a great service so you'll recommend us to others so we always strive to do the best I can.
